With reference to SET announcement (JorTor 11-540079 re Business Closure of
Central Plaza Pinklao on October 28, 2011) by SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd.
(the "Manager"), as fund manager of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund,
the Manager would like to inform that Central Plaza Pinklao has reopened for
business since November 13, 2011. From preliminary assessment, there is no
damage to the property.
