Re : Scheduled closing of the registered book for transfering
of CPNRF investment unit
Dear Sir,
The registered book of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund ( CPNRF )
investment units will be closed for transfering of the investment units
of CPNRF from 12:00 PMof February 28, 2006 CPNRF will pay the
dividend # 1 ( For the period from August 11, 2005 to December 31, 2005 )
at the amount of 0.2908 Baht per unit on March 6, 2006.
