Re : Notification of book closing date of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) for the dividend payment

SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. the management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) would like to inform the book closing date for the dividend payment of the fund, details as follow:

1. That the dividend payment of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) for the operation period from 1 October 2010 to 31 December 2010 at the rate of Baht 0.2547 per unit, the payment date will be on 18 March 2011;

2. That the Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receiving dividend by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment units on 8 March 2011.
