CPN REIT Management Company Limited, which acts as the REIT Manager of CPNREIT, is a limited company incorporated in Thailand registered on 27 June 2017 with the paid-up capital of THB 10 million, divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of THB 10 per share. The main objective of the Company is to manage the REIT investment trust. Central Pattana Public Company Limited is the major shareholder in the REIT Manager, holding 99.9997 percent of the total issued shares.
