Company Responsibility

The REIT Manager has the primary duty and responsibility to manage CPNREIT entrusted by the Trustee, as well as to invest in the properties of CPNREIT. The REIT Manager shall perform its functions under supervision of the Trustee with the following scope of authority, duties, and responsibilities.
Set strategic direction to manage assets and liabilities of CPNREIT in accordance with investment strategies, trust deed and SEC’s regulations for the benefits of unitholders
Prepare annual business plan to be reviewed by Board of Directors and trustee
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Supervise, monitor and evaluate performance of the Property Manager
Prepare and disclose adequate information to unitholders
Establish appropriate policy and procedures to handle conflict of interests
