Re: Notification of Resolutions of Unitholders of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund No. 1/2010(revised)

SCB Asset Management Company Limited , as the fund manager of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund, would like to make a correction to the number of passed affirmative votes disclosed in the notification dated 30 June 2010. The correct number for passed affirmative votes is 1,028,923,294 units instead of 1,028,860,294 units appeared in the aforesaid notification. This change in the number of units, however, does not affect the percentage of unitholders who have passed affirmative votes which stands at 62.88 percent of the total number of investment units sold of the Fund.
