Re: Clarification of the change in net assets resulting from operations in excess of 20% in CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF)

SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. as the management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund ("The Fund") would like to clarify the increase in net assets from operations for the period 1 January 2010 to 31 March 2010 more than 20% comparing to the same period of 2009 in the amount of 165.58 million baht or 64.41% resulting mainly from fund has net operating income from Central Plaza Pinklao Complex ,Central Pinklao Office Building Tower A and Tower B that fund has invested on 4 November 2009.
