Re : Notification of book closing date of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) for the dividend payment and circular resolution

SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. the management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) would like to inform the book closing date for the dividend payment of the fund and the circular resolution by the unitholders of the fund, details as follow:

1. That the dividend payment of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) for the operation period from 1 January 2010 to 31 March 2010 at the rate of Baht 0.2450 per unit, the payment date will be on 14 June 2010;
   
   
2. That the unitholders shall be proposed, by the circular resolution, to consider and approve the amendments to the fund scheme of the Fund in relation to the capital decrease of the Fund;
   
   
3. That the Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receiving dividend and passing the circular resolutions No. 1/2010 by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment units on 24 May 2010.
