SCB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. the management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) would like to inform the dividend payment of the fund and book closing date details as follow:

1. That the dividend payment for the operation period from November 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009 at the rate of baht 0.1622 per unit, the payment date will be on March 15, 2010

2. That the closing date of registered book to determine the right to receive dividend will be on March 5, 2010
