SCB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. the management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) would like to inform the dividend payment of the fund and book closing date details as follow:

1. That the dividend payment for the operation period from July 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009 at the rate of baht 0.3046 per unit, the payment date will be on November 13, 2009

2. That the closing date of registered book to determine the right to receive dividend will be on November 2, 2009
