Re : Notification of being Fund Management Company, appointment of Investment Committee and Fund Manager of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund(CPNRF)

SCB Asset Management Company Limited would like to inform that

1. According to the Unit holders Meeting of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund No. 1/2009, held on 17 August 2009 at 9.00 a.m. approved SCB Asset Management to be the new Management Company that the effective date of the new Management Company shall be on the next date after the Unit holders Meeting has approved the change,

Therefore, SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. informs that the effective date of being the new Management Company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund is hereafter August, 18 2009 .

2. SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. appoints Mrs. Jotika Savanananda to be a Property Fund Manager of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund and to be an Investment Committee of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund on behalf of Management Company in the name of fund effective from August, 18 2009
