Regarding the CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) ('Fund') unit holders' meeting, TMB Asset Management Co.,Ltd. (Management Company) as the management company of the fund will held the meeting on 17th August 2009. The management company would like to inform the place and time of this meeting to unit holders as follows;

1. Meeting will start from 09.00 AM
2. The meeting will be held at Auditorium Room, 7th Floor, Head Office Building of TMB Bank Public Company Limited, 3000, Phaholyathin Road, Chatuchak District, Bangkok
