Subject Notification of the Change the Investment Committee Members of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund

To The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

With reference to that TMB Asset Management Company Limited (the 'Management Company'), the management company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (CPNRF) (the 'Fund'), received the approval from unitholders' resolution for amendment of the Fund Management Project in relation to the Investment Committee of the Fund and the appointment of the investment committee members on January 15, 2009 and the approval from the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission (the 'Office of the SEC') for the fund scheme amendment on May 22, 2009.

The Management Company would like to inform the change of the investment committee members which to be effective from June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2012 as follows.

1. Mr. Phiphat Phisunuwongrak Committee member appointed by the Management Company in the name of the Fund, as a representative of the Management Company, who approved by the SEC to be property fund manager

2. Mr. Naris Cheyklin
Committee member appointed by the Management Company from candidates, nominated by a unitholder.
