Re : Scheduled closing of the registered book for transferring of CPNRF investment unit

Dear Sir,

The registered book of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF ) Investment units will be closed for transferring of the investment units of CPNRF on March 12, 2009 CPNRF will pay the Dividend # 4/2008 (For the period from October 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008) at the amount of 0.2159 Baht per unit on March 30, 2009.
