Re: Notification of time and place for the Unitholders' Meeting for consideration of the Capital Increase of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF)

As CPN Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF) (the 'Fund') by TMB Asset Management Company Limited (the 'Management Company') has informed the closing date of the unitholders' register book to suspend the transfer of Investment Units for determining the right of unitholders to attend the unitholders' meeting or right to pass resolutions pursuant to circular resolutions on 10 July 2008 from 12.00 noon onwards and informed the expected amount of the capital of the Fund to be increased, the number of additional Investment Units to be issued, and the date of unitholders' meeting.

The Management Company would like to inform time and place for the unitholders' meeting for circular resolutions on Tuesday 29 July 2008 at 9.00 a.m. at Auditorium Room, 7th Floor Head Office Building, TMB Bank Public Company Limited, 3000 Phahon Yothin Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.
