Re : Scheduled closing of the registered book for transfering of CPNRF investment unit

The registered book of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund ( CPNRF ) investment units will be closed for transfering of the investment units of CPNRF from 12:00 PM of September 10, 2007 CPNRF will pay the dividend # 2/2007 (For the period from April 1, 2007 to June 30, 2007) at the amount of 0.2103 Baht per unit on September 18, 2007.
