JorTor. 11/570202 May 6, 2014 Re: Notification of the effect of earthquake incident in Chiangmai to the asset under CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand SCB Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company"), the Management Company of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (the "Fund"), would like to report the damage from earthquake incident in Chiangmai on May 5, 2014 to CentralPlaza Chiangmai Airport Project (the "Project"), which was invested in by the Fund since April 23, 2014. From preliminary inspection, only some cracks of building wall are found which would not affect the structure of the buildings. In this regard, the Project is now operating as usual. The Fund will appoint the structural engineer to inspect the damages for long term safety of the Project. However, in case the Project is damaged by such earthquake, the Fund has insured its investments against damage from earthquake. The actual coverage is subject to term& condition in insurance policy. In any case, the Management Company will evaluate situation closely and further notify the unithilders if there are any damage that affects to the asset of the Fund Please be informed accordingly.
