Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (“GLAND”), formerly known as Media of Medias Public Company Limited (“Medias”), was incorporated on 22 April 1985. GLAND was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the media and publication business category since 8 February 1996, carrying on television program production business and commercial spot sales in television programs. On 21 January 2010, GLAND moved to the property development category and changed the company name to Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited on 6 May 2010. Later in 2018, CPN Pattana Company Limited, a subsidiary company of Central Pattana Public Company Limited acquired 67.5% shares in GLAND.

Currently, GLAND operates the property development business, including the residential project in the type of detached house, residential condominium, and commercial building in the type of office building and retail space for sale or rent, also provides the project management service.

CPNREIT has invested in the core property in Hilton Pattaya Hotel by sub-leasing the whole property to CPN Pattaya Hotel Company Limited for benefit procurement, whereby Hilton Group has been appointed as the Hotel Operator.

Roles and Responsibilities of Property Manager
To be compensated from CPNREIT for acting as a property manager according to the appointment agreement between CPNREIT and the property manager.
To maintain and manage CPNREIT properties day-to-day operation to be in good condition and always primed for benefit procurement.
To collect revenues and procure benefits from properties and other related assets.
To comply with agreements or other duties as specified in the property manager appointment agreement.
To perform other duties as stipulated by the SEC, the Capital Market Supervisory Board or the Office of the SEC to be duties of the property manager or other duties that the REIT management company assigned.
