JorTor 11-540077 October 26, 2011 Subject: Business Closure of Central Plaza Pinklao on October 26, 2011 To: President Stock Exchange of Thailand SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the "Manager") as fund manager of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold Property Fund (the "Fund") would like to inform that on October 26, 2011 Central Plaza Pinklao (with the exception of office towers), which forms part of the Fund's investment, has closed for business for one day in order to prepare for the ongoing flood situation. To date Central Plazza Pinklao has not suffered any physical damage from the flood. In any case, Central Pattana Pcl as Property manager together with the Manager shall determine on a daily basis whether to open or close Central Plaza Pinklao during the period and will notify the SET accordingly in the event of future closure of business. As for Central Rama 2 and Central Rama 3, the businesses are ongoing as usual. Please also be informed that the Fund has insured its investments against damage from flood together with business interruption. The actual coverage is subject to term& condition in insurance policy.
