Re : Scheduled closing of the registered book for transferring
of CPNRF investment unit
Dear Sir,
The registered book of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF )
Investment units will be closed for transferring of the investment units
of CPNRF from 12:00 PM of June 4, 2008 CPNRF will pay the
Dividend # 1/2008 (For the period from January 1, 2008 to March 31, 2008)
at the amount of 0.2164 Baht per unit on June 17, 2008.
