Re : Scheduled closing of the registered book for transfering
of CPNRF investment unit
Dear Sir,
The registered book of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund ( CPNRF )
investment units will be closed for transfering of the investment units
of CPNRF from 12:00 PM of June 8, 2007 CPNRF will pay the
dividend # 1/2007 (For the period from January 1, 2007 to March 31, 2007)
at the amount of 0.2044 Baht per unit on June 18, 2007.
