RE : Notification of the Amendment of the Fund Scheme of CPN
Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF)
Dear Sir,
We, TMB Asset Management Company Limited, as the Management
Company of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF) would like to
inform the amendment of the Fund Scheme as approved by the Office
of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as follows;
The Trustee and Custodian of CPNRF will be changed to:
Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited
1 Soi Kasikornthai, Ratchburana Road, Ratchburana,
Bangkok Tel; 0-2470-3200
The change shall be effective from 1 September 2006 onwards.
