Re : Scheduled closing of the registered book for transfering
of CPNRF investment unit
Dear Sir,
The registered book of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund ( CPNRF )
investment units will be closed for transfering of the investment units
of CPNRF from 12:00 PM of June 1, 2006 CPNRF will pay the
dividend # 2 ( For the period from January 1, 2006 to March 31, 2006 )
at the amount of 0.1886 Baht per unit on June 15, 2006.
