Dear Sir,
TMB Asset Management Company Limited, acting as the
manager of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF)
which is registered on The Stock Exchange of Thailand,
would like to inform that, from Fiscal year 2006 onwards,
the fund's Auditor assigned to CPNRF Fund
will be changed from "PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd."
to be "KPMG Phoomchai Audit Ltd.".
