(TMBAM), as the Fund Manager of CPNRF, would like to provide accurate information for better understanding of the public and general investors as follows: 1.Central Pattana Rama 2 Company Limited has leased the land where the Central Plaza Rama 2 Project is located from the land owner on a long-term basis for a period of 30 years ending 15 August 2025. At the time that CPNRF sublet such piece of land from Central Pattana Rama 2 Company Limited, the remaining lease term of the main lease agreement is 20 years. 2.CPNRF has sublet such piece of land from Central Pattana Rama 2 Company Limited for a period of 20 years commencing on 15 August 2005 and expiring on 15 August 2025, which is the remaining lease term under the main lease agreement. 3. As the lease term under the main lease agreement lasts for 20 years, CPNRF could not sublease such piece of land for a period longer than the term of the main lease agreement, in order to protect benefit of the investors. 4.TMBAM has disclosed such information in the offering memorandum of units of CPNRF for the investors use for their decision making process. 5. Thus, the foregoing information has been verified of its accuracy already. 6.Therefore, the rumor appeared in various places that CPNRF has sublet the property for a period of 27 years while the remaining term of the main lease agreement is less than 12 years is an entirely false statement.
