TT/IM.023/2549 February 10, 2006 Subject TMBAM'S clarification about information disclosure of CPN Retail Growth Fund (CPNRF)'s prospectus Attention Director and Manager Stock Exchange of Thailand As appeared in a news article on "Manager" newspaper, dated February 10, 2006, the article has stated that one of TMBAM unit holders had turn in a petition requesting the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Thailand to verify the information disclosure of CPN Retail Growth Fund (CPNRF)'s prospectus, but did not receive any answer from the SEC. The article also mentioned that TMBAM has already clarified this issue to that unit holder of CPNRF. TMB Asset Management Co., Ltd, as the fund manager of CPNRF, would like to add that TMBAM has sent a letter (Letter No. TT/IM.138/2005, dated December 21, 2005) to that unit holder in clarifying that the relevant information has fully and accurately been disclosed in the prospectus.
