Re : Scheduled closing of the registered book for transferring of CPNRF investment unit

Dear Sir,

The registered book of CPN Retail Growth Property Fund (CPNRF ) Investment units will be closed for transferring of the investment units of CPNRF from 12:00 PM of March 18, 2008 CPNRF will pay the Dividend # 4/2007 (For the period from October 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007) at the amount of 0.2064 Baht per unit on March 31, 2008.
